Essential Housing Program. Access to well-located and affordable
housing is an important mission for the community.
The Essential Housing Program provides accessible rents by
reserving homes for moderate to middle-income workers, such as
teachers, retailers, restaurant workers, first responders, and many
other workers.
All applications are processed consistently and fairly as an Equal
Housing Opportunity provider. Below are the qualification and
income limits.

Qualifications:
To qualify, your gross income must meet a minimum of 2.5x the rent
amount income restrictions. Call us for details!
To Apply:
Submit your application online and you will be asked to verify your
ID and submit income verification documents. Available floorplans
are marked with an "E" like A1E, for example.
